Cut: The hair cut could be more layered to show off the different colors, not too layered. With it one length, it gives the illusion of a mostly blonde hairdo, but when lifted into a ponytail, it looks all dark with the different color streaming from it.

From the side, the color, because of the diagonal partings will gradually fade into the next color from solid to a nice gradient blend effect.
